Yes. Our engineers take concrete cubes, cores, rebar and soil samples and keep the chain of custody.

Is the lab independent from supply?
Lab staff report test results as measured, regardless of who supplied the material. You can test materials from any supplier.
Can I buy at retail?

LANTERN TOV ("Lantern", "we") trades building materials, metals, fuel and machinery wholesale and retail, produces non-metallic mineral products, provides technical testing, engineering, geology and geodesy services, and offers data processing, hosting and telecommunication services. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Customers
Contacts, orders, invoices and delivery addresses for materials and fuel; for retail purchases, fiscal receipts only.
3. Test reports
Lab reports name the client, the project address and the engineers who sampled and tested. Reports are confidential to the client and released to third parties only with the client's consent or where required by law.
4. Site work
For surveys and sampling, we record site contact persons and access arrangements.
5. Monitoring and telecom
Sensor data is technical. Where cameras are part of site monitoring, the client is responsible for informing people on site; we process images only as instructed under a processing agreement.
6. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (tax, construction quality rules), legitimate interests (safety).
7. Recipients
Carriers, accredited partner labs, authorities where required. We do not sell personal data.
8. Retention
- Test reports: 10 years.
- Contracts and invoices: as required by law.
9. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
10. Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
